The Market Analysis and Staging Consultation are complimentary with a signed listing contract. However, if you're not ready to sell just yet and only need a Market Analysis and Staging Consultation, feel free to contact us for the service fees. If you decide to list with us later, those fees will be credited back to you at closing.
Once we have the signed listing contract or fee, we can finalize the market analysis and staging consultation presentation. Depending on the level of decluttering needed before the professional photoshoot, a storage unit might be a good option. If any rooms are planned to remain empty, this is also a great opportunity for Christy to virtually stage the listing photos.
